We’re locals, born and raised here, and we know the area inside out. Whether you're looking for hidden gems, the best places to eat, or what to do, we’ve got you covered—if we don’t know someone, we know someone who does!

Our place is just steps from Lake Trasimeno, one of Umbria’s most popular spots. You can explore stunning landscapes, rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves, and nearby mountains. Take a trip to the historic streets of Perugia, famous for the artist Il Perugino, Eurochocolate, and great shopping, or explore cultural treasures in Assisi and Gubbio. Whether you’re here for the Umbria Jazz Festival or planning to cycle around the lake, there’s always something exciting to do!

And if you love good food, you’re in for a treat! Dive into local Umbrian dishes like torta al testo and gnocchi al sugo d’oca, or sip some of the best wines from Val d’Orcia, Bevagna, and Montefalco. We’ll be happy to point you to the best spots for an amazing glass of Sangiovese or Montefalco Rosso with the best views of this incredible region.

Oh, and if you’re travelling with young tennis stars, we organize summer tennis camps in Perugia in collaboration with Fabio Valentini and the Tennis on the Beat Academy at Gryphus Tennis Club in Perugia! Whether you’re looking for an intense training camp or a fun way to enjoy your time here as a family, we tailor programs based on your skill level and your goals.
